Freedom Fest 09 in Pendleton SC
Freedom Fest 09 will be June 27, 2009 at Veterans Park in Pendleton South Carolina. This event is organized by Friends of the Park and all the profits go toward helping to make our Veterans Park the best it can be. Veterans Park is located on Lebanon Road and is home to the Pendleton Recreation Association Ball Fields, the Pavilion, Barrett’s Place Playground and Trotter’s Trail. We hope that this major fundraiser will bring us closer to the proposed Veterans Memorial and turning of the Baseball fields.
This is a fun filled family event with a patriotic theme featuring music by Rendition, an 8 piece combo band from Clemson SC. There will be great food, childrens games and activities, Bingo With The Mayor, Bake Sale, Cake Walk and one of the best fireworks displays anywhere around.
